Natural Colon Detox
The only real natural colon cleanse method is "changing your Diet". All other methods involve taking supplements or chemicals, or include intrusive medical procedures.
Simply changing your diet can assist in cleaning your Colon and improving regularity. - Eat as much fruit as you want but do not drink more than 6 ounces of fruit juice per hour.
- As a snack, eat at least 2 hours before retiring, you can have soup (non-creamed), fruit or vegetable salad. Use a non-fat dressing.
